Do svidaniya Lenin 2/2
In Russia, everything is bigger, more vast, disproportionate. My free time was assailed by the multitude of subjects giving rise to an intense authorial photographic activity. Back in Grenoble, I felt overwhelmed by the magnitude of the task to bring all these photos to life. Patiently, I worked on chiseling each image with the constant concern of fidelity to the decisive moments lived. With the complicity of the gallery, two angles have been chosen, the first exhibition focuses on what is similar to Pop Art, while the second exhibition continues with very frontal, even martial, pictures. Thus goes the Slavic soul, made of rigor and creative madness*.
